Auramin–Rhodamine AFB Fluorescent Staining Kit (Truant Type)

The Auramine–Rhodamine Staining Set is a specialized laboratory kit that provides high-sensitivity acid-fast bacteria (ARB) detection with its dual fluorescent structure. Formulated in accordance with the Truant protocol, this set binds to the mycobacterial cell wall through the synergistic effect of Auramine O and Rhodamine B dyes, producing a strong green-yellow fluorescent signal.

Compared to the classical Ziehl–Neelsen method, fluorescence microscopy produces clear images with lower magnification and high contrast in a shorter time. This provides a reliable and practical solution for both clinical diagnosis and educational purposes.
